S. Brent Potter

Brent Potter practices in the areas of creditor’s rights, title insurance litigation and commercial real estate lending. Mr. Potter received a B.S. in Public Policy from Indiana University in 1979. He was admitted to the bar in 1986 after graduation from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in December of 1985. He has spoken at various continuing education seminars, primarily on commercial real estate lending matters. Mr. Potter is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana and American Bar Associations.
