Meet the Team

David M. Johnson graduated Summa Cum Laude from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2011. During law school David served as an Associate Editor for Valparaiso’s Law Review and was a member of his institution’s International Moot Court team. In 2008, he graduated Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology. David is admitted to practice in both Illinois and Indiana. He is also admitted to practice in Indiana’s Northern and Southern U.S. District Courts. David’s primary areas of practice include secured creditor’s rights, mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcy, and title dispute litigation.
